In the last twenty-five years, Randy has started multiple companies. Collectively they've done billions of dollars in revenue. All but one are still in operation.

In other words, Randy knows business. He understands what it takes to start a company from almost nothing and grow it into a profitable endeavor. In one instance, Randy launched a company with an investment of only $30,000, and today it earns almost 4 billion dollars each year in revenue.

If you had to choose one thing out of your entire life experience to describe you, what would it be?

Randy McPherson already has his answer. While an avid outdoorsman and a business CEO, Randy's singular purpose is to be a “CEM” – a “Christian Entrepreneur Minister.” In other words, finding new ways to reach hurting people for God.

As a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, Randy believes that full-time service to God isn't just reserved for pastors and missionaries. Each of us has a calling on our lives to serve God and to help one another.

OUTDOORSMAN
Every good outdoorsman knows that there's a lot to be learned from spending time in the wilderness.

As part of a family that liked to hunt and fish, Randy McPherson grew up learning how to live and breathe the outdoors. He was the oldest of seven siblings, one of whom is Matt McPherson, who now owns Matthews Archery -- the world's largest archery manufacturer.

Loving the outdoors seems to run in the McPherson family.
